We are starting this Go Fund Me for Cheri Bird Denning…

As you may know, Cheri was diagnosed with cancer in 2022. Bone marrow transplant being the best option, she was lucky to find a donor and treatment went forward. At that time, everything went well and we believed she was recovering.

After her release from the hospital, Cheri chose to recover in Nevada with her son Joshua, his wife Hailey and her grandchildren Lexie and Matthew. Being with family brought the joy necessary to continue with ongoing treatment and doctors appointments to monitor her progress.

In May of this year, we received unexpected news. Cheri’s cancer had spread from her bone marrow to her entire body and we were told there was no treatment to stop the spread of cancer. The family was unprepared for this difficult diagnosis. Since then, Cheri’s condition has declined very quickly and she is now back at the Denning’s in Hospice care until she is called to be an angel.

This Go Fund Me will help us return Cheri to Simi Valley, California and her final resting place. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated.
