A week before Pesach the home of Rabbi Hakimian burned down on Friday night. Rabbi Hakimian is a Rabbi who works with Teens and young adults in the Great Neck community. Rabbi and his family literary dedicate their lives for helping our teens to having a vibrant Jewish life and connection. We would like to raise as much as we can to help Rabbi to cover expenses and to re-establish him in the neighborhood.
All the money will be used to help Rabbi Hakimian get back into a home and to cover all expenses.
Which include covering damages and restoration of following;
Clothing, Strollers, Toys: 5,000
Books and Education: 25,000
Furniture, Beds, Appliances, Electronics: 35,000
Tuition (four kids): 35,000
Broker, Lawyer, Moving and Storage Fees: 15,000
All proceeds will go directly into Rabbi's account, anything extra above our goal will go towards the Rabbi's Youth Projects and Programs. This fundraiser was created by students, with the Rabbi's approval.
