Chester Class of 2020 Graduation Baskets
Donation protected
Let's send our 2020 Graduating Classes of Chester out with a token of our appreciation!
The tradition of the "gift basket" began as a way show support to our college bound seniors for all of the hard work they put in during their high school careers, both at Chester High & STEM Academy. These baskets represent a token of appreciation for everything our students had to accomplish to graduate high school and overcome their immediate circumstances. The next steps in our students lives are often difficult ones. The harsh reality is that many of our students will face major financial hardships this fall when trying to attend school. Especially in the midst of this Corona Virus Pandemic, where unemployment is high and everyday items are becoming scarce, these senior baskets will help to take away some of the burdens. Thank you all again for partnering with us to carry on our students excitement for learning!
Due to the current situation, many of the items we intended to provide seniors with are now scarce. We are looking for financial donations to purchase the following items (or any other items that we can get our hands on in bulk) to fill our baskets. We hope to provide all 250 graduating seniors with a basket!
Gift Basket Fillers:
1. Single wrapped toilet tissue rolls
2. Single wrapped paper towels
3. Laundry detergent pods
4. Toothpaste/brushes
5. Bars of soap or body wash
