LCS community,

Today we carry heavy hearts for a very dear Lincoln family as they mourn the loss of their beloved father, Chester Hill.

Our district has had the pleasure of watching these girls grow up and surpass many obstacles in their lives. Last year we had the honor of watching Allison Hill graduate from Lincoln Consolidated schools, and little Khyleigh play Football with our LYFCC league two years in a row. This hasn’t been an easy road for the Hill girls as their father was diagnosed with cancer last year.

November 2022, Chester was diagnosed with an aggressive bone cancer. After extensive treatment, chemotherapy/ radiation, multiple doctor appointments/ scans, and a year of fighting like hell. Chester decided it was time to go on hospice care. It has been extremely hard on all of the family, and as I am sure you can imagine it’s been even harder on Chester’s daughters. Chester was their biggest fan, and he was their world. They knew his battle would be short lived and began doing first looks, as they wouldn’t have the opportunity for their wedding day. It began last year with homecoming and graduation for Allie, and this year homecoming dance with Jaelynn, Chester’s smile says it all in the photos. He was at all of Khy Khy’s football games cheering from the fence in his wheel chair, even when he was not feeling good. Chester was excited and anticipating his oldest daughter Madison getting married this year, he would have given her away in just a short few weeks. They were all ready to finally celebrate something good in a time of such suffering.

Today Chester’s girls surrounded his bed side, held his hand’s, and said their good byes as their daddy took his final breath at 10:37 A.M. November 7, 2023.

As most know you can never fully prepare yourself for a loss, even if it is anticipated. You can never prepare for the loss of a parent, especially at such a young and vulnerable age. The loss of a dad, as daddy’s little girl is devastating. Our hope in creating this fund is that we can alleviate any further struggle these young girls will have to face in the coming days as they lay their daddy to rest. They shouldn’t have to carry the financial burden along with the grief that comes with losing a parent. Madison and Kelsey traveled from out of state to be here with their father in his final moments, travel cost are unbearable. If you are able to help in anyway please do. They will have so much to grieve and do in the coming weeks that no child should have to face alone.

Thank you sincerely,
Kylee and Chasity.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Kylee Crain or Chasity Korte as we have set up this account for the Hill girls.
