Chi Chi Birds Hot Chicken was started on June 24 2018 in the backyard of Chef Caleb Lott's home. Currently itt is a single person operation that specializes in making Nashville hot chicken strips we call "Birds".
Our drool worthy tenders have already gotten us some decent publicity on KSAT 12, KENS 5,  Full Nelson Eats A Lot, Visit San Antonio, the SA Current, as well as a following of almost 3000 on our Social Media. We are looking to expand from our pop up setup to a food truck so we can obtain a permanent location. In order to continue our mission more efficiently.
