For over a year, Chia Tou suffered from many battles in an attempt to fight stage 4 rectal cancer.
Unfortunately, today's update is not a positive one. On Friday, January 8th, 2021, Chia Tou passed away peacefully after a long and challenging battle with his cancer.
A traditional Hmong celebration will be held on Sunday, January 24th. The burial will be scheduled for Monday, January 25th.

Chia Tou made an imprint on so many people. He befriended many people in his life, he was a hardworking and wonderful father to 9 children and husband to his wife.
