Chibuwe Community to buy an Ambulance
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Supporters
We are reaching out to you with an urgent plea for assistance for the purchase of an equipped Ambulance valued at $21 000.00. Chibuwe Area Ward 20 and its catchment areas of Maronga, Dhumisai, Mbeure, Mukomba, Mwacheta, Gumira, Kondo, Ndunduma, are in desperate need of an Ambulance to service an estimated population of more than 30 000 residents.
Our area is predominantly home to elderly men and women who suffer from high blood pressures, diabetes, cancer related ailments associated with old age including maternal challenges to child bearing women. These conditions often require immediate medical attention and frequent referrals to near major hospitals of St Peters and Chipinge Hospitals.
Currently, our clinic is not supported by any ambulance leaving patients to look for inappropriate means of transportation. On average we have 25 referrals per month without proper transportation putting lives at risk. As a country there are 357 women per 100 000 live birth that die due pregnancy related causes. It is our wish to reduce such deaths through speed and efficient transportation.
Your generous donation can make a significant difference. By contributing to our campaign, you will help us purchase an ambulance that will provide timely and essential medical transport to our vulnerable community members to receive the desired services.
Please join us in this vital cause. Every donation, no matter how small will bring us closer to our goal and make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community. Mwashuma, Thank you
