Chicago Canine Rescue is currently at capacity, and lives are at stake!

Chicago Canine Rescue (“CCR”) is currently caring for 50+ loving dogs in need of forever homes and we anticipate a growing influx of dogs as we approach the summer months. CCR is determined to provide ALL of these dogs with the care, respect, and dignity they deserve as we search for loving homes and save them from euthanasia. With your support, we can save the lives of these dogs and more.

We invite you to become a part of our BIG & BOLD summer rescue effort to save the lives of Chicago’s homeless dogs by becoming a “Chicago Canine Rescuer!"

The crisis of homeless dogs has reached an unprecedented high. Due to COVID-19 and inflation, unusual challenges have been presented to our communities and families. The weight of those challenges can be seen at our local animal control facility, where the euthanasia rate has risen over 35% in recent months. With limited resources and increased demand, Chicago Canine Rescue has become a trusted resource for our community and a humane, safe haven for our four-legged companions as they wait to meet their forever families. With your help, Chicago Canine Rescue can continue to be a resource to CACC, to our community, and to our city.
