ChiChi- Cat that had rough life but has a good ❤️

Hi, my name is Alyssa, and I am fundraising for ChiChi. He is a cat that had a rough life but a good heart. His picture "speaks a thousand words."I am an independent rescuer in Westchester County and manage two colonies, one of which is where ChiChi resides. ChiChi had shown up in our colony a little over a year ago, and I noticed he was an unneutered male. I trapped ChiChi earlier this year, and he got neutered, vaccinated and snap tested. As time passed, we learned the story of ChiChis' rough life. His life started as a kitten with a home to call his own until his owner lost his housing and was forced to drop ChiChi at a colony he knows is well cared for. Please don't let his rough look fool you. After ChiChi was Trapped, neutered and returned, his temperament changed into the sweetest cat that loves to be pet and even gave kisses! Upon returning to the colony yesterday for lunchtime, ChiChi was found limping.

This is where we need your help! ChiChi needs medical attention as we don't know what caused his injury. He can not live on the street with his injury due to people traveling at high speed, and he is vulnerable to predators. Please be advised ChiChi is secured in a safe location and being cared for until the appointment with the vet. The vet visit will include an exam, blood panel, x-rays, and treatment for ear mites and possible pain medication. Although ChiChi is friendly, he may require sedation for the exam.
