Chico Ongoing Homeless Sanitation Needs Campaign
Donation protected
Doctors and nurses have said that the first aid and hygiene NSST provides lightens the load on Enloe's ER. To have a significant number of people in our community without access to showers is a public health risk.
NSST has designed, built, and deployed a solar-charged shower trailer. Respectful Revolution made a film about it that won the My Hero Project International Film Festival Humanitarian Award for 2022. You can see the film, “A Shower Trailer for Homeless on a Budget of Love” on YouTube. We are at the Eaton and Cohasset camp every Friday morning.
Join NSST with a donation to support our ongoing, all volunteer, effort to reduce desperation and improve public health.
