Chikins wishlist & medical expenses

Hi I'm Maryanne and I'm fundraising to help support my sister Shermayne. She had a stroke in Dec 22 and it was thought then that a hole in her heart which they discovered was the likely cause. Horrific headaches occurred prior to this event. She was on video call with our dad when he noticed something was wrong and made her get checked out. As luck would have it her husband Chris came home early for no reason but God had a reason, he was to be her knight n shining armor, taking her to the hospital. She was told she wouldn't walk and would have paralysis. She proved them wrong. July 21, 2023 our dads 70th birthday and our younger brothers birthday She was to have the heart surgery, they could no longer find it "what a miracle". July 23 the same headaches like the stroke. Chris takes her back to hospital and a scan reveals a tumor. I flew over. After surgery they couldn't remove it all and long wait begins to wait for the results. Longest 6 days ever. Diagnosis Glioblastoma Grade 4, WTF is happening. We are sad for a moment which felt like an eternity. We decide we have to move on and LIVE...live for the now, live like its our last day, live because we can. During this ordeal the expenses are horrific, carparks which weren't subsidized until 2 weeks later, tolls, petrol, food, bills, pet care and anything else you can think of all add up. Chris is not working at the mo to care for his wife, which is what she wants. We cut her hair off, we take control of that. We buy her 2 wigs to give her options. We are trying to make things work. One thing on her list is to renew her and Chris' vows in Japan under Cherry Blossoms. God willing this will happen. She has decided she will fight this mother with everything she's got and we will be there every step of the way.
