Child with Gigantism & Autism needs help

My son Jordan who is 15 6'4 375 lbs. size 17 shoes. Has gigantism and is also Autistic. He needs clothes and shoes specially ordered. We adopted him at 4 and knew he was Autistic and had the disorder but, never imagined how expensive his clothes would become. We are living on one income as I have become disabled with Cervical Dystonia a nureological disorder that prevents me from working. We love him dearly and want the best for him. We would appreciate any help you can spare. Even a 5.00 donation would help! Update Jordan was seen at the Dr. They have set his finally height somewhere between 6'8 and 7'0. He has already outgrown his summer clothes. He Is in desperate need of clothing, dress shoes and sneakers. He attends ASD and they have a dress code navy blue pullovers 4xlt and kakhi pants 54x36 his shoes and sneakers size is 17 wide. School is fast approaching please share his story and donate if you can every little bit helps! As you can see in the picture his brother is only 4 yrs younger and Jordan towers over him.
