For our AFI thesis film Children of Change, we're short on a small part of our budget. We need to raise this amount by July 1st, 2021 to get our film made.

This year has been especially hard on everyone. Help us tell this important story of how environmental issues are affecting our youth in ways we have yet to see portrayed in entertainment.

STORYLINE

16-year-old, environmental activist Joan feels the pain of the decaying earth in her skinny and fragile body.

She escapes to the nearby burnt woods to commit a drastic plea of help to humanity, while live-streaming herself on Instagram.

But her best friends Charlie, Maya and boyfriend Oliver, along with the forest's inhabitants, will save and teach Joan a better way to fight and survive without leaving the people and her beloved earth, rotting behind.

WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOUR MONEY

~Along with your money going into the usual film pre, production and post,
we will be a GREEN SET (which is sadly more expensive than normal film sets). It will go to setting an example of how to make movies from here on out!

~FOR EVERY $1,000 THAT YOU GIVE WE WILL PLANT A TREE!

~We're also working with environmental youth organizations TEAM MARINE and CLIMATE CORPS. If the product of this film makes any revenue, we will donate it to them to continue the fight.

~YOUR DONATION IS TAX DEDUCTIBLE! (You will get your money back when you file your taxes!)
