Children of God surviving Ian

Hi my maiden name is Brittany Bowie (Allen) . We made it through Hurricane Ian, but we're not out of the storm yet. We lived in the North Fort Myers, our area was hit very hard. There was so much flooding and tornado like wind? Ive never seen destruction like this. Our home isn't salvageable. We have been in a shelter for over 2 weeks now. Even spent our wedding anniversary there. We are a family of 9! 2 adults and 7kids under the age of 15. Which is an adventure in its self! But the shelter is no place for kids. We sleep over and ice rink that is painfully cold. It coats our belongings in frost. Many people here have mental difficulties and even more are heavy drug users. Police and ambulance are needed constantly through out the day. I'm reaching out because donations have stopped here. Once Red Cross took over things took a turn for the worst. They fired all the nurses accept 8 and turned any donations away. My children are getting sick due to taking cold showers than coming into the freezing arena. We're unable to eat most nights due to allergies and dietary laws we keep. Anything would help at this point but our goal is to find a home! A safe and warm place to lay our heads!
