Children with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus.

I'm running the Berlin Marathon on Sept 24th in support of KASBAH to help families and children with Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus.

This charity helped support a close family friend throughout her young life and to show the commitment that KASBAH did I am targeting a top 100 finish in the male 40-45 category.

This will conclude 10 months of the hardest of training plans, very early mornings, a lot of sweat, pain and a lot of lost toenails :-)

Any support for this amazing charity would be appreciated and will also give me that extra spring in my step during the race.
