Chile Lindo Got Robbed!

Chile Lindo was broken into and robbed. Paula needs a new door, signage on the door (city regulations), a new cash register, and to meet her payroll after losing income from several days of sales.

Paula has done so much for all of us during this last year of the pandemic--setting up music, donating so many meals, continuing her years-long contributions to the community. Let's kick in and contribute to helping her out. If you can't donate, please share and continue to support the business by eating, drinking, and making merry at Chile Lindo.

Go have your morning coffee there, with a ham and cheese empanada and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Enjoy lunch at Chile Lindo--the empanadas are delicious, jalapeno, pino (classic Chilean beef), chicken, even vegan! There's alfajores, Chilean style creamy arroz con leche (rice pudding) or cake for dessert. Her cakes are to die for!

Chile Lindo has live music Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday afternoons, where you can enjoy a beer or wine with your empanadas. I love the new cocktail size ones. The mushroom is my fave, and there's a new spinach and ricotta cheese one.

Come on fam, let's make an extra effort to keep Chile LIndo alive in these shaky times when so many small business are closing. Show Paula some love.
