Chimney Swift Tower Project

Donation protected
I feel we all play a part in habitat destruction, here is your chance to give back a bit.

Clarington Nature’s first give back project!!

Chimney Swifts are Threatened in Ontario

“Threatened” means the species lives in the wild in Ontario, is not endangered, but is likely to become endangered if steps are not taken to address factors threatening them.

Private land owners have a very important role to play in species recovery.

Much habitat has been lost in the area.

In Courtice a landowner has agreed to have a small tower built for Chimney Swift Habitat

The Facebook Group Clarington Nature is Initiating the project, the building being built by

Volunteers from Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue.

Please help with any amount if you can and any excess contributions will go to Soper Creek Wildlife.

Thanks
