Chin Up Cardiff

We are Chin Up Cardiff, a team of 10 volunteers who are passionate about providing a support system which validates survivors of sexual assault (SA).

We are hoping to create a community of survivors who can experience less isolation because of their trauma. Running free monthly sessions for small groups, with a wide variety of activities from yoga, to board games, art and campaigning.

We are not a therapeutic group and do not have the facilities to provide such an environment.

Setting up a charity is not free and all cost have so far been covered by us. We would really appreciate any donations to ensure the continuation of our work. 100% of the money raised will go to Chin Up Cardiff to cover costs of venue hire, insurance, building our website, and more more. Our volunteers work incredibly hard, giving hours of their own time for free to run this community.
