Dalton is getting a new hip and he needs your help!

When he was 13 years old (he’s now 32), Dalton suffered a freak accident when he fell at home and broke his left hip. The resulting surgery placed two 4” pins through the socket of his hip joint and into the growth plate of his hip. Since that day, Dalton’s life was set on a different path.

Over the last 20 years, there’s been a slow steady decrease in mobility and an increase in pain. In January, his orthopedic surgeon told Dalton, “There’s no reason for you to live that way”, and the wheels were set in motion for a total hip replacement on February 28, 2023.

If you know Dalton personally, you know he is a kind soul - generous, always helping, and full of mercy. He dislikes being a nuisance and would never ask for help, so his friends and family are asking for him.

Insurance is helping, but not as much as we’d hoped. He’s going to be off work for up to 6 weeks with no income. Pre-operative bills are already coming in. Post-op costs will be added to those in addition to his copay and out-of-pocket amounts. Rent, insurance, phone bill etc. will all still come due. You get the picture.

Let’s cover as many of Dalton’s expenses as we can so that he doesn’t have to worry, and can concentrate on healing, physical therapy and a new stride! He has a great tribe and is loved by so many.
