Chloe and Sandy after the Flood

My daughter, Chloe, and her dog, Sandy, were trapped in water from the devastating floods that hit Eastern Kentucky a few days ago. Chloe had been separated from her grandfather and couldn't reach the home where he had taken shelter upstairs. So she put her dog in a plastic drawer that would float and swam to a neighboring rooftop. She waited there for over five hours to be rescued. We lost everything that day...everything except what mattered most. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
