Chloe's Study Abroad in Ghana

My name is Chloe Blaise. I am a current Senior at the University at Albany majoring in Africana Studies with a minor in Political Science and Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies. I plan to get my masters in Public Administration, and eventually go to law school.

I have been blessed with an opportunity to study in the motherland. I believe this opportunity will further enrich my love for Africa and its people, as well as help me find my purpose.

I have a 3.09 GPA, and have been the recipient of many accolades, such as a Spellman Academic Achievement Award, Deans List, and Most Supportive Student Leader.

After financial aid and grants, I still have a balance of over $5,000. I am currently $20,000 in student debt, and if I do not fund-raise enough money, I will not be able to attend. Your donations would help alleviate the financial stress on myself as well as my parents.

I believe I have the potential to excel at everything I do, and I do not want money to be my biggest inhibitor. Every penny counts. Thank you!!
