Chloe’s Coming Home for Christmas

Chloe Cress is FINALLY coming home after a long 18 months in Memphis at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Her father Shawn has been by her side the entire time while she kicked cancer’s butt! She will be coming home just a few short days before Christmas and I would love nothing more than for her to have the Christmas she deserves more than anything. Chloe being home is the biggest blessing in itself, but this little girl deserves the world and so much more. I would love to ease the burden and stress off of her family as much as possible.
