Help Chloe with College Expenses

Chloe is a wonderful young lady (and my niece) who loves her community and all things animals. Chloe is in her second year of college and is invested in her friends, horse riding, taking care of animals, and focusing on her school work. Recently, her father was arrested and is now incarcerated, which has left Chloe and her mother (my sister) in great need of financial support.
