Chogye International Zen Center needs our help

In a very real way, our Zen Center has saved and improved many lives.

People (including you, maybe?) come to the Zen Center because they have some fundamental question about life that they cannot solve. It could be high blood pressure, it could be a break up, it could be anxiety. But initially, people are alone with their Big Question--What am I? How do I live?--and then they find Chogye, our wonderful practice and our dedicated teachers. We learn together that the way forward is not to answer the questions but to hold them.

Not knowing, we can see clearly. Seeing clearly, we can act clearly. Acting clearly we help our selves and all beings.

Now, the Zen Center, which gives us all so much needs our help. We lost several thousand dollars because of the pandemic, partly in reduced donations and partly in reduced retreat fees.

The Zen Center needs to increase its reserves quickly. Ask yourself, what has the Zen Center, its community and its teachers given you and others. Please can you help?
