Cholesteatoma Surgery Fund

I've done one Gofundme for bills, but now I have a much more urgent need.  I've been given dates of either November 17 or December 8 for my ear surgery, and while the hospital will work with me on payment arrangements due to being uninsured, I cannot even get scheduled for my ear surgery until I pay the doctor's office $2,000.  We are looking at all possible avenues but this is the most likely course.

This surgery is the real deal.  I'm in a rough spot due to the fact that I cannot work full time due to vertigo and I can't get the vertigo and this issue fixed until I get the $2,000 paid to the doctor.  It's a tough situation, but one that I am hoping I can get some help with.  

Thank you to everyone who donated before, but this is the main need right now and I cannot get healed until this is paid for.  Thank you in advance to anyone that can help.  It's funny in a way, but if every fan of Untitled Nerd Network donated a penny, I could get the surgery next week, but likely it's going to be December, because I don't see the money getting raised in this short a time.
