Help Chowder Boy with his vet visit

Hello, my name is Nicole and this my 2 year old cat, Chowder. He recently started getting very sick, vomiting and loss of appetite, it has now been five days (since March 8th 2024) and he is not able to eat or drink by himself and has become very weak, when he is spoon fed he immediately gets sick. We found a string wrapped around the back of his tongue causing him to gag and vomit when he tries to eat or drink and we are not able to afford the vet bill for the string to be removed. We love our boy and he is still so young, losing him would break our world. He is the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet. If anyone is willing to help Chowder, it would really mean the world to him and our family.
