The homeless situation in Los Angeles is in a state of crisis, but the problem exists beyond the city limits.  A significant increase in cost of living has added considerably to the homeless population.   Thousands of people are forced to live on the streets where women and children are raped and abused on a nightly basis.  Finding shelter and safety is a big challenge. Rose Rios is regularly reaching out to assist those who desire to get off the streets.  Affectionately called "Momma Rose" to many in the streets, her foundation, Cover the Homeless,  has worked with the homeless and low-income community for over 50 years.

Cover the Homeless Ministry is a 501(c)(3) organization.  Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated and is tax-deductible.
