Chris Athey Emergency Fund

Chris Athey and Karra Coburn were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Friday, October 30. Karra, who is an ICU Nurse at Duke, suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized and monitored in the Emergency Room. Chris suffered multiple injuries and has been in the ICU listed under critical condition since then. 
Chris is a former Marine and has served as a Paramedic for the past 7 years, serving Wake County and New Hanover County. Chris is a loyal friend who can always be seen with a huge smile on his face. His positive attitude is infectious and he always has a willingness to serve those around him. 
While Chris is still in critical condition, we are all hoping and praying for a full recovery. During this time, both Chris and Karra are unable to work. Your donation will go directly to them to help with bills, expenses associated with Chris's hospital stay, and any general needs that they have.
