I am Chris Bona's grandmother. Those who know me know Chris as a great kid, always willing to help, and an avid marching band member. Those who know Chris as an adult know him as a member of the New Market Rotary Club, a constant at Cars and Coffee, and a member of The Banned.

Chris had a horrible car accident on his way to work on December 5, 2024. He was airlifted from the scene with a traumatic brain injury to UMMC Shock Trauma in Baltimore. He is still a patient there, starting to breathe on his own with less help from a ventilator and opening his eyes from time to time.

Chris will have astronomical medical bills and need long-term rehab, as well as help with normal bills while he is unable to work. The plan for any funds raised will be to help with day-to-day bills right now and going forward, any specific rehab needs he may have that are not covered by insurance, such as walkers, wheelchairs, and special needs items.
