Chris Croft Heart Transplant Relief Fund

Hi! I am Jess, and I am raising funds for the Croft Family. Chris was born with a heart defect & was told a few years ago that he would need a new heart. After over a year on the transplant list, Chris finally got his new heart! Although the surgery went well, recovery is a rather long road. In addition to simply healing, Chris has had to be on dialysis, have multiple biopsies & several other procedures to ensure he continues on the right path. Due to a system flaw, Chris could not receive the amount of disability he was counting on. As you can imagine, many trips to Cleveland, multiple medications, & medical bills for a heart transplant can be astronomical. None of this includes the average cost of living for a family of 4.

God has answered so many of our prayers & got Chris home to his girls!! Many people have reached out to the family to ask how they can help. I would love your help to aid them in staying afloat during Chris' recovery time. Due to Chris' strict post-transplant meal plan, simply sending meals isn't ideal.
