Chris Dzikiti Appreciation Gift

Hi, we are the National Retention Programme raising a collection for Chris Dzikiti, who has secured a new role; his last day with NHS England will be on the 6th October 2022; we'd like to send him off with a little something to show our appreciation for all his hard work and dedication over the years.
