Over the past two years, the economic impacts of COVID-19 have been severe, and its full impact will not be known for year to come.

While the greater Houston area is a thriving community on the surface, its poverty level is above the national average. We want to support our community by targeting the demographics that has the least ability to help themselves – babies.

Some useful facts to consider for the Houston area this matter:

·        1 in 4 children in Houston live in poverty

·        1 in 3 parents report suffering from diaper need

·        Up to 12 diapers per day are needed by infants, and 8 diapers by toddlers

·        $120 is the average monthly cost of disposable diapers per baby

Putting the numbers together… every $1000 donations results in support of ~8 babies per month in diaper supply.
