Chris needs a liver transplant soon

Dear Friends and Family,

My brother Chris has been struggling for the past few years with liver and kidney failure and it has progressed to the point where he needs a liver transplant. He has been in excellent care with a team of specialists who are working tirelessly to heal him. A committee has studied his case and determined he will now be accepted for a donor's liver.

This situation has been extremely scary and stressful. The hospital stays, tests, treatments, transfusions, and not being able to work, have put a significant financial burden on him and those that love him. He’s a very proud, hard worker so this fund-raising campaign is something that is very difficult for him. He doesn’t want to ask for help, so my family and I are asking for him.

We hope that over the next few months he will have completed the liver transplant, healed, and will be working again. I know there are so many of you out there who love and care for him which helps keep him fighting.

Any donation you can manage to help with the financial burden is greatly appreciated. He is 53 and has a lot of life left to live. We love this man and will do whatever we can to keep him on this planet.
