Chris Padilla is fighting a deadly blood Cancer

UPDATE from Chris on his cancer: He has multiple small tumors all over his whole spine and a big tumor in his chest, ribs, and a small tumor on his pelvis and now spine. He has a high risk rare terminal blood cancer that builds tumors into his bones & attacks organs. He has lost over 68 pounds now. He has awful bad days where he spend days in the hospital and has had awesome great days too but he is living in pain constantly now.

On behalf of Chris Padilla’s friends, I wanted to start this GoFundMe to help our sweet and kind friend. Chris is also a loving father who is currently fighting for his life with Multiple Myeloma. If you know him, you may not know what he has been going through over the past few months because he has such a big smile and exuberance for life in his posts with his greatest joy, Rocco. The truth is, he doesn’t always feel great and has had some scary bouts of blindness while receiving treatment. Through all of this, he is staying positive and praying for healing. Please join me in giving a little or a lot; whatever your heart calls you to do to help our sweet friend rest a little easier, and not worry so much about his compounding medical bills. Chris has a huge heart, and an immeasurable amount of love for his son. It is heartbreaking to see him going through this, knowing he is worried about being around for Rocco. He would never ask for help himself, so I’ve decided to ask for him. If you can’t give, I understand. Times are hard for everyone, but please try to take a minute now, and every day if you can remember, to say a little prayer for him to receive his miracle of healing. God is listening.
