Chris Perales Medical Funds

Hello!

As most of you know, my father suffered a major stroke on December 31st and has been in ICU at Parkland. It has completely affected his speech, eating/drinking and movement of his right arm, along with some other things. He's had several setbacks during his stay here, but is ultimately on the right track towards going home. He still has a very long, hard road of recovery ahead of him. Including speech, occupational and physical therapy.

He will need alot of adjustments made to his room and bathroom at home. As well as other areas of the house. He will also require 24/7 assistance and supervision once he leaves here.

I am asking for donations to help with some of these costs.
