Chris Pongetti needs your help!

Hello, our names our Katie and Shannon. Our dear friend, Chris Pongetti has within the past year and a half endured more than he could have imagined possible. To start, Chris had a major gastro intestinal surgery last March. Chris has also had two shoulder replacements, one early this year with an easy recovery. After he recovered, he went back to work for a few short months only to return back on the operation table. Within the last month, he has had another shoulder replacement that resulted in many complications including a stomach ulcer that caused major dehydration and malnutrition. It was then discovered that a blood clot formed in his left lung. He is left unable to pay for any of his medical bills and the medicine he needs for the blood clot.

He has to have a followup Gastro intestinal surgery on December 14th. Chris is such a loved person and he needs help. The bills continue to pile but he has only been able to work six months in the last year. If you're able to help anything will go to use.
