Chris Rollins' Book Library Donation

To say Chris Rollins' impacted so many is an understatement. Over her 33-year career as a teacher she made an everlasting impact on not just the students she taught, but also the ones that knew her. After retirement she followed her grandson to Niceville, FL where she continued her passion donating countless hours mentoring and tutoring children with her love of reading. She spent much of her days at Plew Elementary as well as serving at the Mothers of Preschoolers. If you didn’t know Mrs. Rollins, all you had to do was find one of her students and you would see the love she had. That was how much of a positive impact she made. With her everlasting patience and big heart, she was able to teach children of all ages how to build relationships and achieve goals.

Let us continue building on what Mrs. Rollins preached with all her years of service; “Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself”. Let us go out and pick up where she left of helping shape young minds!!

The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to fund a book donation to Plew Elementary. Let's continue to foster Mrs. Rollins love of literature.
