Chris Rooney 5-A Side Tournament in aid of CRY

I'm organizing a 5-A side tournament to raise money in aid of CRY- Ireland in honour of my best mate Chris.

The tournament will be hosted on August 20th at 14:00, in Rockbrook Park School, where Chris attended. Rockbrook has kindly provided the pitches free of charge, helping to maximise the profits generated. There will be refreshments available also on the day.

Teams will consist of a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 7, of which 2 will be rolling substitutes. Can I ask that the google form below is completed per team?

Individual donations are encouraged & welcomed.
