Chris Trujillo's medical expenses

This GoFundMe is on behalf of Chris Trujillo and his family. Due to unforeseen circumstances it is unclear of when Chris and his wife Shirley will be able to return to work. On Monday April 12, 2021 Chris had back surgery. At the time of his surgery he unknowingly had a blocked artery and numerous blood clots in his right leg. On April 15, 2021 Chris was taken to emergency surgery, they were unsuccessful on clearing the blocked artery and numerous blood clots. On April 16, 2021 he was taken back to surgery and once again they were unsuccessful. Due to the clots blocking circulation to his foot they had no other choice other than to perform a below the knee amputation on April 18,2021. Chris had four surgeries in less than one week.

Chris has been in the hospital trying to recover from both his back surgery and leg amputation. He will need a lot of rehab and eventually a prosthetic leg. Chris has endured so much pain and heartache during this difficult time. Yet his spirits and faith in God remains high. He is still currently in the hospital. As he remains in the hospital bills are starting to pile up. His wife Shirley has been by his side through it all. His three daughters and family/friends have been supportive from afar. Due to COVID they only allow one visitor. While Shirley is being a loving and supportive wife she as well has not been working.
