Chris's Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Diagnosis

Hello, I'm Caroline Murphy. Christopher is my husband and was the healthiest man I knew–until recently. A month ago, he started feeling weak and short of breath and had constant fevers. After battling these sym[ptoms for a month, he was sent for a second opinion, at which point he was then diagnosed with AML Leukemia.

He will be in the hospital for treatment and another biopsy for at least a month. Then we will find out if the cancer has gone into remission, and we will later be faced with transplant options, etc. I have had to leave work to help be with him through this process. This has caused some financial stress on us.
