Christians fxxk cancer challenge

Hi I'm hoping you can help make this a possible .I'm.christian.im 46 from littleborough greater Manchester 5 years ago i took some time off to nurse my mum who had cancer

Whilst i was off. I watched a documentary on YouTube called chasing bubbles, about a guy who had never sailed before. he bought a cheap boat and sailed the world .it really inspired me,and when I lost my mum i thought life's to short and I'm was sick of only looking forward to gogglebox on a friday night!!so i did my comp crew and then day skippers exams my dream was to do an ocean crossing and go as far as I could.. but last year I was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. That had spead to my lymph nodes.. Ive finished my treatment now 6 weeks every day of radiotherapy and 3 rounds of chemotherapy. So that's put a stop to that dream .I'm going to sail the coast of the UK 2500 miles.. and make some money for maggies cancer charity at the same time. on here, and in every marina /port i have to stop in along the route... I think can do this!! .if I need to go to an appointment or need meds i can get the train back from most places in uk. I know it's not going to he easy day to day is hard enough with side effects from treatment and feeling shit but I'm not sitting here I need to update a few things ie liferaft flares .navigation things spares on the boat to make it safe to do the challenge. I dont want to drown !!!!maggies is a charity that has places all over the UK that anyone with any type of cancer can just go to even ifts a brew and a chat you need your always welcome.it has things like for anyone to attend counselling. phycologists. yoga mens days .gardening. I just think it's a great place to try n raise some money for as well as do something on my bucket list . I'm going to do a video diary of the whole trip on social media along the way .
