Thank you for visiting our GoFundMe page. This page was created to inform you of the passing of our dearest Christina; a loving daughter, sister, wife, and mother. We would also like to make an opportunity for those who are able and feel called to assist us with the costs of caring for and honoring her memory now that she is no longer with us.

Many of you know may know that Christina had been battling cancer for some time. Over these years we’ve experienced highs and lows. Through it all, Christina and her family never gave up. She had been undergoing chemotherapy and had even tried more radical treatments. When after finishing her latest treatment plan, we finally got the all clear!

We were so elated, planning events and vacations. There were trips and occasions to celebrate with the family and to love on her. Many went to share in her joy and triumph. Almost a year later, we received some bad news. The cancer had returned and was very aggressive. It was inoperable and impairing her liver function. Two weeks ago, on her 45th birthday, she was placed on hospice, and as many of us could, went to be with her in her final days.

She passed away in her home in Enid, Oklahoma on May 22, 2022. She was surrounded by her loving children, husband, and family.

We loved Christina very much and are incredibly heartbroken by her passing. In an effort to honor her wishes, we are raising funds to cover the looming expenses over the coming weeks. These expenses include the following:

Transportation: It was her wish to be buried at her parent’s home in Woodland Park, Colorado, at the base of Pike’s Peak. Christina loved it there and always felt at home in the mountains.
Funeral Homes: There are expenses from both the funeral home in Enid that initially received and cared for her body as well as the one in Colorado Springs that will provide final services when we lay her to rest.
Additional Items: These include county costs for private property burial, burial equipment rental, and memorial items.
