Christina Kuntzman's fight

Hi, my name is Julia Maseth, and I'm Christina Kuntzman's sister (yes, I'm the Julie May to her Chrissy May as many of you have known us).

Chris was diagnosed with terminal Metastatic Liver Cancer with an unknown primary source in August of 2023, but as always, she is not giving up the fight but needs some help so she can continue to defeat the odds!!

We were hopeful to have an in-person fundraiser to help her and her amazing husband of 25 years, David, but as she has become weaker it is hard for her to get out and about.

Christina was diagnosed at 15 years old with Lupus which almost took her life back then, instead she refused to give up and fought back. She graduated from Rootstown High School in 1992 as her class Valedictorian and then continued her fight against Lupus and seizures while she attended The Ohio State University and graduated as an Occupational Therapist. She has since used her degree to help hundreds of patients overcome their obstacles. She and David have been active with the Portage County Fair Board, the Suffield Lions Club and the Boy Scouts and are always the first to volunteer to help out!

She married David Kuntzman after their whirlwind fair romance (I still tell her she stole my Fair King!) and they have 3 beautiful children, Kayla, Dillon and Sarah. They are her pride and joy, and she wants more than anything to just have more time to spend with them and the love of her life.

While she would ask for nothing, we are asking on her behalf for prayers and a donation if you would like to help. She is unable to work at this time and David has been taking care of her 24/7 (I like to say David has taken care of her 24/7 for the last 25 years...we love you David!!).
