Christine Forman

It is with tremendous sadness that our sister in law, Christine, left us so suddenly.  She leaves behind her loving husband, Adam, and her three young daughters - Adaline (7), Juliet (5), and Madison (2), in addition to a close knit family who misses her deeply.

Christine was a proud Deerfield Mom who loved her family and friends. She was so looking forward to building more relationships within her community and watching her kids grow. 

To say that we are devastated is an understatement, but we are overwhelmed by the outpouring love and support. We know there are many others who share our grief.

We recognize during this devastating time that many of you are wanting to help. While meals are so appreciated, as a family, we are most concerned for the girls, and their future. We know Christine had huge aspirations for her kids to be successful in their lives, so In lieu of flowers or meals or toys, please feel free to contribute to the future of these young girls, and those funds will be devoted to education and similar developmental activities. We feel that would honor Christine in the most sincere way possible.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for sticking with us to make sure these girls' futures are bright as they navigate life without their mommy.
