Christine Hudson Memorial

This narrative is written from the perspective of Christine's son, Sean Hudson.

My mother, Christine Hudson, passed away on Wednesday, May 4th, in central New Jersey.

My mom dedicated most of her adult life to raising me as a single mother. Ideally, I'll be able to give her the proper memorial she deserves. However, the financial burdens are challenging to manage as a military veteran and full-time college student.

Beyond funeral arrangements, I would like to give a portion of leftover funds to a graduating senior from a low-income family at Spotswood High School. My mom made tremendous efforts to send me to Penn State as a first-generation college student despite living paycheck to paycheck. She passed three days before my college graduation, and being able to lessen the financial burden for someone in a similar situation as I was in her name would mean the world to me.

My mom often didn't have much, but she was quick to give it away when she did. I realize the economic difficulties most folks endure at this time, but even $1 would help tremendously. I appreciate you all.
