Christine was rushed to Houston Methodist on October 24, 2019. She suffered a brain aneurysm at her age of 45. She was admitted to ICU. A day later they did a brain activity test. It showed no brain activity unfortunately. It’s hard to believe Christine is gone. I’m still in shock. They donated her organs so others would be able to live.
Her family went to the funeral home and was shocked at the cost of the funeral. Christine wanted to be buried next to her father so she can rest in pest.
Any person that knew Christine, knows she loved her 3 children & fought tooth & nail for them. She would be there for everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Christine. Her smile was infectious,& her laughter could be heard thru the office. She was dedicated to her customers.
Her family wants NO money for them. This is strictly for funeral expenses. You can contact the funeral home with credit cards or cash. I have no money saved for a funeral like most of you. PLEASE donate so we can finally lay Christine to rest and allow her family to slowly move forward.
Like many of you I am saddened and heartbroken by the sudden loss of my friend, Christine Michelle Lloyd Colley.
I would love to type a few words about Christines friendship, her contagious smile and positive attitude and her heart.
Christine mattered to me. I will miss her. I will miss her tremendously. Her smile lit up the room and your could hear her laughter thru out the building.
I am launching this gofundme to help offset funeral and memorial services as well as the immediate financial shortfall that will be felt by Christine’s children.
I have spoken with close family before moving forward with this and am doing so with their blessing.
If you’re reading this you know undoubtedly know what a giant presence Christine was in any situation. I consider myself lucky to have been given the gift of friendship from her giant heart.
We never dreamed Christine would be gone at the young age of 45 and neither did she. This was not something he planned for in a specific way.
