Thank you - Christmas Hampers 2022

Do you want to help those in need?

We are about to donate 150 Hampers to some very grateful families. That's around 600 adults and children fed over Christmas.

Here's how you can help.

1. Share this post far and wide.

2. Donate whatever you can afford.

3. Buy a box or two. By donating £30, you will supply a Hamper for a family of 4.

We will look to raise £4000 pounds. Any extra will go back into the pot for next year's community projects.

Why are we doing this?

As you are all most likely aware, living costs have not improved for anyone over the last few years. For those already on the cusp of survival, the latest inflation hikes mean simply putting food on the table to survive is not getting any easier. Some have to decide between food or heating the house. Parents are not eating so their children can, and families eat once or twice a day instead of three times because they can not afford to put the food on the table.

We will not fix the problem overnight or combat child poverty with a Christmas Hamper, but we can make Christmas a little easier for those families who do not deserve the hardship they find themselves in.
