Christmas Lights for Dunmore

As you all know 2020 has not been a good year for us. Everyone being on lockdown not able to meet up and socialise. Its such a sad sight driving through Dunmore Co. Galway these dark evenings and nights with so many business closed and the lights turned off. Every year the local business of the town fund the cost to power the lights, any maintenance, the christmas tree in the square and more. Sadly there is not as much funds in the kitty as every other year and  this year i think its upon us all to bring back some life into Dunmore and bring back a good Christmas Spirit and Cheer as we move in and out of the town so I'm putting a  call out the entire community. It would be great to keep the power on and get some new lights for the Square and maybe an even bigger tree and we can show that no Virus will dampen the Spirit of the people of Dunmore. If you could donate anything at all no matter how small it would be amazing and together light up our town.   I'll leave the rest up to ye and hopefully  we can all meet up and have a great Christmas in Dunmore this year.
