Christopher Barger

Hi, my name is Michael Barger and on Sunday, April 23rd, our family suffered a terrible unexpected loss. Our brother, Chris, passed away in his sleep at the young age of 37.

Growing up our family didn't mimic what most call traditional. In total, we are 11 siblings strong and Chris was the glue that brought us all together. He humbly and gracefully took on the role of caretaker for his younger siblings. As a friend he was unparalleled. He was supportive, a great listener and so loyal. Anyone in his presence left feeling seen and heard. His sense of humor was unmatched and his laugh was contagious. He was a talented cook and loved making people happy through his food. Above all, he was a loving and devoted father. His boys Noah and Gabriel were the joy of his life and his spirit will continue to live on in them.
