Christopher Gibson’s Medical and Final expenses

Thank you all for your love and support. We lost our brother on Sunday, March 5th, 2023. He was surrounded by his Mother Deborrah B Gibson and brother Ivan Gibson in final moments.

Hello everyone I’m Ivan Gibson, Christopher’s brother. Life can never prepare you for the loss of such a young person. At 51 years old, Christoper was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his liver, lymph nodes, kidneys and more. This tragic diagnosis hit our family hard and we are simply not prepared.

 My apologies for such a late update, And I would love to thank everyone who has helped so far you have been a real blessing 

My brother has declined at a faster rate than even the doctors forecasted. His prognosis is very dire. He is transitioning and we are preparing for his death. Every aspect of his care has been more expensive than anticipated. We need our friends and family now more than ever.

He is fighting with all his strength; but we all know without health or life insurance, bills and expenses can mount up and getting adequate care can be a challenge.

We have all been rallying together to meet the costs out of pocket as much as we can. We thank God for the help we have received. From social workers to hospice care professionals, we would not have been able to navigate this without their guidance.

But even with this assistance, we are still falling short on many things. Our request: If anyone can find it in their heart to make a  donation, it would be greatly appreciated.
